Originally founded as the Purchasing Management Association of San Diego in 1931- ISM—San Diego serves San Diego County’s purchasing and materials management professionals. The local association is a not-for-profit professional educational association, offering seminars, workshops, and meeting programs specifically geared for the ever-changing environment of the procurement, materials management, and planning professional.
